I am super excited to announce a new Persian cooking class in Latteria Studio in Rome to celebrate the arrival of Spring and Norouz — the Persian new year.

During the class I will teach you everything about the cooking methods, will discuss the ingredients as well as our traditions for the new year (1398!). Come join me for an evening of great food and lots of chats, all around an Iranian table.
