I have extensive experience in food and lifestyle photography for editorial clients as well as commercial ones who look for an editorial approach. I have shot several cookbooks for international publishers such as Rizzoli, Murdoch Books and Thames & Hudson. recipe development
As a seasoned food blogger and cookbook author, recipe development is one of the main columns of my job. This is a service I offer to both magazines, and brands. I develop bespoke recipes, and if require I provide the photography and I craft a visual and written story around the recipe (or the product it features).

lectures & teaching
Iβve had the honor of giving lectures about the food culture of the Mediterranean in prestigious institutes such as Auburn University (campus in Rome), Loyola University Chicago John Felice Rome Center and University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo. Iβm also the professor of Food Visual Merchandising at UniversitΓ degli Studi di Perugia.

Occasionally I create menus and cook for small and medium events. These can be special dinners at home, restaurant pop-ups or themed events. Anything from classic Iranian cuisine to contemporary Italian to the whole spectrum of Mediterranean food.
Iβm happy to work as consultants for menu designing too. Iβd be happy to collaborate with chefs, artists and restaurants to design creative culinary events.
